Dominic Geraghty


Dominic Geraghty has been an executive chef for over 30 years serving delicacies in places as far away as New Mexico, Alaska, California, Massachusetts, Scotland, and his native home of England.  

Brought to North Carolina to open Dominic's Table at The Inn at Crestwood,  he later found himself working as executive chef for the exclusive Hound Ears Club.  But without a doubt, Dominic found home in 2011 with the opening of his bakery and restaurant called Eat Crow. 

Meryle Geraghty


Credit must be given where due and Eat Crow wouldn't exist without the eclectic vision and inspiration of Dom's wife, Meryle Geraghty.  Her eye for pairing antiques and vintage finds with amazing hospitality has coined Eat Crow as one of the more warm, eclectic restaurants in the High Country.
